Your information, handled with care
Information you provide
When you place an order, we collect your name, mobile number, delivery address, locality, city, province or region, and any postal code, email address or delivery notes you provide. We also record the products, quantities, prices, discounts, order number, order status and order time. We do not request card or bank details; payment is Cash on Delivery.
How order information is used
Order information is used to record and manage your purchase, contact you about your order, and arrange delivery. The delivery information needed to fulfil your order may be shared with the delivery provider handling it. The order dashboard is restricted to authorized FRAGYARD and site-management accounts.
Website storage and services
Your shopping bag is stored in your browser so that it remains available after a refresh. Checkout uses temporary browser storage to prevent duplicate submissions and show your confirmation. Order records are stored in a protected hosted database. Hosting and database services are provided through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare; fonts load from Google Fonts. External social, messaging and email links are governed by the respective services’ privacy terms. The storefront does not add advertising or analytics scripts.
Security and retention
Access to order records is restricted on the server. The order system does not automatically erase order records after a fixed period. Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of information associated with your order. To limit repeated submissions, the server may store a hash derived from the requesting network address in an hourly group; these rate-limit records expire after 24 hours and are cleared during subsequent order requests.
